Maintaining a beautiful and safe community that you are proud to call home, requires the support of all of its members. The Somerset annual assessment is $900. For convenience, you may pay $225 quarterly, due on the first day of each quarter: JAN-APR-JUL-OCT.
For the convenience of Homeowners in Somerset at Henderson Village, Page AMG accepts online payment for Assessments. There are a variety of options for payments, including one-time and recurring payments, as well as a variety of payment methods.
